You’ll have me on WhatsApp or iMessage for day-to-day questions, motivation, or feedback. You’ll never be left to figure it out alone again.
Send me short videos of your lifts anytime, and I’ll review them to make sure your form is correct, safe, and effective, so you get results faster and avoid injury
We’ll zoom out each month to look at your overall progress: strength, mood, body, and make sure you’re still moving in the right direction.

You'll see workouts for each day laid out with video demos & instructions on reps, sets, weight. You'll also be able to track your daily calories.
